Registered users may create a support ticket via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp contact number is made available to users after registering on our platform. By initiating contact via WhatsApp, users consent to receive replies, including automated questions used to create and complete a support ticket, and a confirmation message once the ticket is submitted. This is the sole method by which Sensatecs initiates WhatsApp messaging - we do not send unsolicited WhatsApp messages.
